Many of you know that I am an NET practitioner, which is a mind-body technique. NET specifically works with the ‘physiology’ of emotional/stress responses. I want to share an exciting documentary about NET titled STRESSED that has just become available on YouTube.
The ONE Research Foundation studies and publishes on NET. They created this documentary to help explain how stress can affect our body in many different ways, and I believe it could be very helpful during these times of change. The documentary also reports on recent scientific research from Thomas Jefferson University in Philadelphia that shows just how powerful the tool of NET is to help restore balance to the body and mind.
