We accept cash, checks, ATM (debit), VISA, MasterCard, American Express & Discover. Payment is expected at the time of service but please let us know if you need to make other arrangements; payment plans are possible. Our goal is to make our services accessible to everyone who wishes to receive its benefits.

At this time we are a Preferred Provider for Blue Shield PPO, Participating Medicare Provider, Empower Chiro plans, and Family Health America, L.C. Many other insurance plans also cover chiropractic care; please contact your insurance company to inquire about your benefits. We also accept car accident and personal injury cases. In addition, Dr. Cohen can serve as your Primary Care Physician if you wish.

You can take the # 72 AC Transit bus to our office. This bus line also stops at the
El Cerrito Plaza BART station.
